Track your card collection and what it's worth

Add cards from SlabIQ's catalog, record what you paid, and see your collection's market value and gain or loss. Catalog-linked TCG cards and sealed product are re-valued every day from TCGplayer data, and anything without a price is left out of the total instead of counted as $0.

Collection Tracker
SlabIQ Collection: market value, item count, pricing freshness and gain or loss tiles above a grid of Pokémon cards and sealed product, each with its current value
Catalog-linked cards and sealed product carry a current value and a status, and gain or loss compares that value with what you paid.

Why it matters

A collection value you can trust

Many collection apps show a big number without saying where it came from or how old it is, and quietly count cards they can't price as zero.

SlabIQ shows where each value comes from and how fresh it is, leaves unpriced items out of the total instead of counting them as nothing, and keeps your personal collection separate from the inventory you sell.

How it works

How Collection Tracker works

  1. Step 1

    Create collections

Organise cards into named collections and pick a default.

  2. Step 2

    Add cards

Search SlabIQ's catalog to add a card, or enter one manually with grader, grade, cert number, quantity, purchase price and date.

  3. Step 3

    Values update daily

Catalog-linked TCG cards and sealed product are re-valued every day from TCGplayer market data, or whenever you press Refresh values.

  4. Step 4

    See gain and loss

Gain or loss compares current value with your purchase price for every item that has both.

  5. Step 5

    Build set binders

Create a binder from a complete TCG set with every card pre-loaded, then mark the cards you own.

Capabilities

What you can do with Collection Tracker

  • Value at a glance

Market value, items and copies, pricing freshness and gain or loss in four tiles at the top.

  • Coverage you can see

A coverage bar shows how much of the collection is priced, with breakdowns by raw, graded and sealed, and by TCG, sports and other.

  • A status on every item

Current, stale, manual, unverified or no price, so you know which values to trust.

  • Search, filter and sort

Search by name, player, set, number or cert, filter by collection, category and pricing, and sort by biggest gain.

  • Price history

Each item keeps a history of its value, alongside options to refresh it, link it to the catalog or move it between collections.

  • Set binders for 16 card games

Track completion, cards owned, the value of what you own and the value of the full set.

  • Your own values

Set a manual value for anything without a market price. Manual values are never overwritten.

  • Separate from your inventory

Collections are for cards you keep, so they never mix with the stock you list and sell.

Good to know

What to expect

  • Automatic daily values are built around catalog-linked TCG cards and sealed product, priced from TCGplayer data. Many graded and sports cards don't have a market price on file; give those a value of your own.
  • Values come from market data on file and refresh daily or when you press Refresh values; they aren't live quotes.
  • Set binders are available for trading card games.
  • Cards added from a photo scan in a collection aren't linked to the catalog until you link them, so they aren't valued automatically.

Use cases

Who uses Collection Tracker

  • TCG collectors

Track Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering and other TCG cards with a value that updates every day.

  • Sealed collectors

Keep booster boxes, bundles and Elite Trainer Boxes valued alongside your singles.

  • Set completionists

Build a binder from a full set and watch completion and set value as you add cards.

Questions

Collection Tracker: common questions

How is my collection valued?

Cards and sealed product linked to SlabIQ's catalog are valued from TCGplayer market data every day. Items without a market price are left out of the total, not counted as $0, and you can give them a manual value.

Can I track graded cards?

Yes. Record the grader, grade and cert number with each card. A graded card is only valued from a market price for that exact grade, and when there isn't one you can set your own value.

Can I track set completion?

Yes, for trading card games. Create a set binder and every card in the set is pre-loaded so you can mark what you own and see completion and value.

How often do values update?

Every day, plus whenever you press Refresh values. Each value shows how fresh it is.

Is my collection separate from my selling inventory?

Yes. Collections are their own space for cards you keep; inventory is for cards you list and sell.
