New home dashboard The dashboard is now a set of widgets: Key numbers, Needs attention, Inventory insights, Recent activity, Marketplaces, Scan allowance and What's new. Market value now comes from market prices. Sales for the last 30 days, compared with the 30 days before, use the same math as Finance Hub. Before this, the dashboard could fall back to your eBay asking prices and count sales differently from Finance Hub. Click Customize to reorder or hide widgets. Each team member gets their own layout. Each widget loads on its own, so one slow section no longer holds up the page. Quick actions only show tools your plan and role can use. Seasonal themes 🎃 SlabIQ now changes with the seasons. Halloween is on now. Autumn Harvest starts Nov 1, followed by Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Spring/Easter and Independence Day. Each theme brings its own colours, a seasonal logo and a light animation. Animations pause in background tabs and stay off if your device is set to reduce motion. Not for you? In Settings → Appearance you can pick a theme, stay on Automatic, turn themes off, or switch off Seasonal animations. Light, Dark and System work as before. Fixed: Branding → Logo Size now actually changes your header logo. Settings and account security New Settings layout: every section in one sidebar with search (a scrolling strip on phones), plus an Overview page. Two-factor sign-in works with any authenticator app and comes with 10 single-use recovery codes. Signed-in devices: see where you're signed in, and sign out one device or all the others. Security activity: sign-ins, failed attempts and account changes from the last 180 days. Password changes now check strength, sign out your other devices and send you an email notice. Privacy: download a copy of your account data, or request account deletion. Support handles the request, and you can cancel it. Notification fixes: "Instant sale emails" now also covers store order emails. Turning push off on one device now only affects that device. Email toggles that never sent anything are gone. "Price alerts" is now called "Deal Hunter alert emails". On Billing, team members now see a notice instead of purchase buttons they couldn't use. Templates Redesigned Templates page: each template is previewed on an example card. One editor with Visual and Advanced modes. Description templates now open in Visual mode too, and Advanced mode highlights template syntax. A live meter warns you before a title goes over eBay's 80-character limit. You can duplicate any template. Custom attributes: create your own fields and use them as {{custom.your_field}}. Fill them in per card in the batch editor, per template, or as an account default. Fixes: Team members can now see and edit the account's templates. Text from a card can no longer trigger template conditions by accident. The batch Workstation and "Regenerate" now produce the same title and description. Storage Hub Storage Hub now shows a picture of your real storage (rooms, racks, shelves, boxes, rows and bins) with live counts for every spot. New builder: lay out a whole rack or shelf from a preset, preview it, then save. New location types: Binder, Page, Slab Case and Custom. Move cards one at a time or in bulk, reorder spots, print labels, and open any card to see exactly where it is. You'll get a warning when a spot is full. Owners can still choose Move anyway. The previous layout is still there under Open in classic view. Graded cards: cert lookup Add graded cards to a batch by entering their cert numbers. SlabIQ fills in the card details and pulls slab photos where the grader provides them. In the batch editor, Fill from cert completes a card from its cert number (PSA, BGS, CGC and SGC). For TAG, ACE and other graders, Read slab label reads the details from your slab photo. A separate Cert Lookup tool under Tools handles single or bulk lookups, with CSV. Shopify Fixed: stores could stay stuck on "Missing permissions — Reconnect" even after reconnecting. SlabIQ now reads the permissions Shopify actually granted, and a Re-check refreshes them. Fixed: publishing failed with "Access denied for name field". SlabIQ no longer needs the location-name permission to find your store's location, and the old error clears after a successful re-check. Incoming Shopify orders are saved as soon as they arrive and processed with automatic retries, so a brief outage no longer loses an order. New Sync panel on your Shopify store page: sync status and history, pause and resume, retry failed jobs, and Check for missed orders. CardTrader Fixed: one rejected check from CardTrader could pause your connection. After that, every action failed with "This CardTrader token does not have permission for that operation." Now only a real sign-in rejection pauses the connection, and a passing Test connection resumes it. Test connection now checks your account, orders and catalogue access, all read-only. When CardTrader's network protection blocks a request, SlabIQ now says so instead of blaming your token. Website New comparison pages at slabiq.app/compare: SlabIQ side by side with 12 other tools, plus a guide to the best trading card listing software, with real product screenshots. Privacy policy updated (Oct 20) to disclose that we use Google Analytics on public pages. Wording fixes: "Start Free" instead of "Start Free Trial" (there's no trial), and the card-prices page no longer claims to use eBay sold listings. Blog heading and link-preview fixes, and a rebuilt sitemap so search engines find our pages. Behind the scenes A common automated attack probe is now blocked before it reaches the app. New internal tools let us trace exactly what happened to each card in a batch, so we can answer problem reports faster.
