Product roadmap
Building the operating system for card sellers.
SlabIQ is being built to help card sellers identify, price, list, manage and sell inventory across multiple channels from one platform.
This roadmap is a living document. Priorities, scope and target periods may change based on marketplace requirements, technical constraints and user feedback.
Rebuilding SlabIQ's card catalog for much larger image libraries, accurate set and variant data, and identification that uses known card data before AI.
Updated
Bringing whole sets, checklists and image libraries into the SlabIQ catalog at scale, safely and resumably.
Updated
Making sure every Baseball printing is its own correct card, and cleaning up real duplicate cards, without losing anything sellers have linked to them.
Updated
Every card appears once in its checklist, with its parallels and variations grouped under it, even when the source only listed the parallels.
Updated
Every catalog card should show its own picture, at good resolution, and never a generic 'no image' file or another printing's photo.
Updated
One set of pricing rules everywhere in SlabIQ: the right market source for each kind of card, shown the same way on the dashboard, in inventory, in batches and in the public tools.
Updated
Buy and sell sports cards, trading card games and sealed product in one marketplace, from single raw or graded cards to bulk lots priced per thousand.
Updated
A rebuilt identification engine that reads a card field by field and checks every value against the card and the catalog. It refuses guesses such as misread serial numbers, wrong years, or team names posing as parallels.
Updated
Getting sports parallels, inserts and variations right. The AI names the parallel, and serial numbering and the catalog correct it. A bare colour alone can't create a parallel, and a parallel that can't be confirmed is listed as Base.
Updated
Identify trading cards from SlabIQ's own image fingerprints first, and call the AI only when a fingerprint can't settle the card, so results are faster, cheaper and consistent.
Updated
Keeping SlabIQ's catalog image fingerprints complete and current so photos match the right card: faster indexing, honest failure handling and full coverage for each game.
Updated
Matching sports cards by image, starting with fingerprints learned from cards sellers have explicitly confirmed, so repeat cards can be recognised without the AI.
Updated
When SlabIQ can't identify part or all of a card, it says so plainly, keeps the card listable and never invents a value. It also never blames the card for a temporary service outage.

Catalog pages count distinct cards, not every printing, and show how many base cards, inserts and parallels a sport or set has.
Shipped
A rebuilt public card database for browsing games, sports, sets and cards, with search, filters and accurate checklists.
Shipped
Check a card's market value for free, no account needed. The search finds the exact card in SlabIQ's catalog, or a short list to choose from, and every visitor gets a daily allowance of lookups.
Shipped
Search any card and see its market in one place: price-guide values, recent sales and current listings, each listing with its own photo and a clear Raw or Graded label.
Shipped
Batch Review shows your scan next to the best catalog candidates. Sports sellers pick the exact printing from a grid where each printing has its own picture, and the condition and printing you choose carry through to the listing.
Shipped
Cards that sellers verify but that aren't in the catalog yet are sent to an admin review queue. Approved cards join the shared catalog.
Shipped
Price-guide values for sports cards and for graded cards at their exact grade. The connection has been rebuilt; full coverage is waiting on renewed data access.
