Why this is on hold: Waiting on renewed, licensed access to sports and graded price-guide data. The connection itself is built; values will appear once access is in place.
Overview
SlabIQ uses a sports-card price guide for sports cards and for graded cards of every kind, reading the price for the exact grade instead of borrowing another grade's price. The connection was rebuilt so every SlabIQ tool shares one rate-limited path and stops cleanly when the provider refuses access. Until data access is renewed, many sports and graded values will be missing, and SlabIQ says so plainly instead of guessing.
Completed work
- One shared connection for every tool, with rate limiting and clean pauses when access is refused
- Exact grade mapping, so a lower grade is never priced at the top grade's value
- Admin switch for customer-facing use, with diagnostics
- Owned sports cards and graded trading cards included in the price sync
- Graded trading cards routed to the graded price guide
