Cross-Marketplace Quantity and Sold-Status Sync
One inventory that stays accurate across every channel: a card sold in one place stops being available everywhere else, and quantities match on every store.

Overview
SlabIQ keeps one ledger of how many copies of each card you have, what is held and what has sold. A sale on any connected store lowers that card on your other stores, including other accounts on the same marketplace, restocks and recounts flow out to listings that are still live, and multi-copy eBay listings keep their real number of copies. The web side is live; switching on the scheduled sync and confirming it on live stores remains.
Completed work
- One inventory ledger with sale protection for marketplace sync (2026-07-22)
- Checkout holds recorded in the ledger (2026-09-10)
- Every marketplace sale goes through the central ledger (2026-09-17)
- A sale lowers the same card on every other store, including other accounts on the same marketplace (2026-10-27)
- Selling the last copy on CardTrader sets its quantity to zero instead of deleting the product
- Restocks raise listings that are still live (capped), and ended listings are never relisted
- Recounts and quantity changes from the editor and bulk edit go through the ledger
- Admin tool to record the real number of copies on multi-copy eBay listings, without double-counting sales (2026-10-27)
- Retry with backoff for temporary marketplace errors; a sync health page for support
