Overview
From the kiosk, customers can ask to see cards. Each request notifies the staff chosen for that kiosk and appears on the pick list, where staff mark each card as picked or unavailable and customers can follow the status. Shops can choose to hold requested cards while they are being picked, so the cards cannot sell online in the meantime. When a request is handed over, the sale is recorded once and the cards come off every other channel.
