When a card is picked for an order or handed to an in-store customer, your stock and your other listings update automatically and exactly once.

Overview
Stock should change once per sale, no matter how the sale happened. Completing a pick now applies that order's pending sale without subtracting it twice, handing a card to a customer from the in-store kiosk records it as a sale so it comes off your online stores, and manual orders deduct stock when created and restock if cancelled. Cards a customer asks for can be held so they aren't sold elsewhere while being pulled.
Completed work
- Picking never changes stock by itself; the sale already did (2026-10-26)
- Completing a pick applies that order's pending sale, never twice (2026-10-27)
- Handing a card to an in-store customer records the sale and lowers it on your other stores (2026-10-27)
- Manual orders deduct stock when created; cancelling or deleting restocks (2026-10-27)
- Picking one copy of a multi-copy card keeps its storage spot
