Overview
The inventory page was rebuilt so every filter actually works, saved views can be loaded, updated and shared as defaults, and selecting all matching cards respects your filter. You can filter by where a card is listed across your connected channels and change internal details such as condition, grading, cost and notes in bulk with an audit trail. Bulk changes that update your live marketplace listings are the main piece still to come.
Completed work
- Every Power Filter field works, with match-all or match-any groups; Category filters by the card's real game or sport
- Saved views load, update, rename, duplicate and set as default
- 'Select all matching' respects the active filter
- Bulk edit for condition, grading, cert, cost, notes, acquisition details and quantity, with an audit log
- Views and Watchers columns from eBay data
- Filter by where an item is listed: eBay, Shopify, CardTrader, TikTok or any connected channel (2026-10-15)
- CardTrader import with review inside the Import dialog; eBay re-imports no longer overwrite your own title and price edits (2026-10-15)
