See the health of every connected marketplace account, understand why something failed, and recover without support: retries, pause and resume, missed-order checks and clear error messages.

Overview
Each connected account shows its health on the Integrations page. Shopify stores have a Sync panel with history, retries and a missed-order check, and CardTrader's Test connection checks your account, orders and catalogue read-only. Error messages now name the real cause, for example a marketplace's network protection, instead of blaming your token. Behind the scenes, failed sync jobs are sorted into retryable, rate-limited, sign-in and permanent failures and retried with backoff. More channels will get the same protections.
