Overview

SlabIQ can already connect TikTok shops, publish products and import orders through the shared inventory record. Before TikTok Shop opens to sellers, its order notifications need the same save-then-retry handling Shopify now has, cancellations and returns should restock only what was actually returned, and multi-shop accounts must always update the right shop. TikTok Shop will open after the Shopify sync pilot, so lessons from that pilot carry over.

Completed work

  • Shop connection, product publishing and order import built
  • Orders recorded through the shared inventory record, with duplicate order lines rejected
  • Connecting a second shop no longer takes over the default shop
  • Ambiguous SKUs are left unmatched with a reason instead of being linked to the wrong item
