TCG Variant Import Fixes
Keeping TCG cards that share a card number but are different printings (base, alt art, Master Ball, Poké Ball) as separate, correct catalog cards.

Overview
Trading card sets often print several versions of a card under the same number. An older import step collapsed these into one record, so some printings went missing from sets. Imports now identify each printing by the source's own product id, and duplicate cleanup can no longer merge two different printings. Still to do: restoring the printings that the old importer dropped from existing sets.
Completed work
- New TCG imports keep each printing as its own card, even when the card number is shared
- Duplicate cleanup refuses to merge cards the source lists as different products
- Admins can compare a set against the source and see which printings are missing
- TCG catalog imports and price syncs restored after the data provider started refusing SlabIQ's requests
