Buyer payments and seller payouts, with fees taken from proceeds
Buyers pay after inspecting the cards, sellers are paid into their own payment account, and the marketplace fee is paid by the seller and taken from proceeds, so buyers never pay more than the agreed price.

Overview
After inspection, the buyer pays the final amount for the cards they kept. The payment goes to the seller's own connected payment account, and the marketplace fee is deducted from the seller's proceeds at that moment; the buyer never pays more than agreed. Every quote and transaction keeps a copy of the fee rules in force, so later fee changes never affect a deal already made, and refunds return the fee too. Payments are not switched on yet.
