Overview
Sales used to arrive reliably only when a seller signed in and synced, or when eBay sent an instant notification. SlabIQ now imports sales for every connected store on a schedule twice a day, reads every page of recent eBay orders including ones that changed after purchase, and records cancellations and refunds. If a store's connection expires, the account owner is told to reconnect, and sales since the last successful sync are picked up once it is.
