Verified eBay Listing Creation and Updates
When SlabIQ creates or updates an eBay listing, it reports what eBay actually accepted: no false failures, no silent partial updates.

Overview
Publishing and editing listings now checks eBay's own answer for each card. Scheduled listings eBay accepted are no longer reported as failed, one card's error no longer stops a whole bulk run, and edits record only the fields eBay accepted. Price changes are confirmed against the live listing before SlabIQ records them. Remaining work brings every publishing path onto the same rules.

- Each card's publish result follows eBay's own acceptance, including scheduled listings that have no listing number yet
- Unclear results are held for review instead of being retried into duplicate listings
- One card's listing error no longer stops the rest of a bulk run with a misleading ship-from message
- Inventory edits can be published to eBay, and SlabIQ records only the changes eBay accepted
- Price changes are checked against the live listing before they are recorded
- eBay warnings are kept separate from real errors
