Overview

Batches are where most sellers do their daily work: upload or scan cards, let SlabIQ identify them, review the matches and publish listings. This initiative rebuilds that path so every stage is clear, finished batches can take more cards, scheduled listings stay visible and long runs show live progress. Most of it is already live; the remaining work is letting team members work in shared batches and finishing the optional guided flow.

Completed work

  • Clear batch stages (add cards, identify, review, prepare listings, publish) with server-side checks before a card can be marked ready
  • Finished batches can take and process more cards, and only the new cards are scanned and charged
  • Schedule a batch's eBay listings all at one time or staggered, in your own time zone
  • Scheduled listings stay under Scheduled instead of moving to Listed or disappearing from Ready
  • Titles over eBay's 80-character limit can't be marked ready or sent
  • Live identification progress, and recovery after an interrupted run
  • Redesigned batches list and batch editor workspace
